Driving on Suspended License
Driving on a suspended license following an arrest for a Santa Barbara DUI is a serious offense and can result in mandatory jail time. After an arrest for a Santa Barbara drunk driving incident a California Licensed driver will have their license confiscated and replaced with a temporary license which grants full driving privileges for 30 days.
